The procurement of goods and works, and recruitment of consulting services has been be carried out in a manner consistent with the simplified and expedient procedures permitted under the ADB's Guidelines for Procurement.
The EFAP implementation arrangements allow dedicated resources for efficient procurement and third-party oversight on the process, supplemented by linkages to grievance redress system to address issues efficiently.
